Who this notice covers
This notice describes this Shubh Labh Marketing website build and its project enquiry features. For questions about your information, contact +91 7982845956 through a call or WhatsApp.
What you choose to share
The project form asks for your name, contact number, service, indicative budget, timeline and requirements. You may optionally add a business or website and a preferred callback time. The quick-chat field accepts a short message. Do not enter passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How the enquiry works
Form values are processed in your browser and used to create a WhatsApp link. The website does not submit them to a server, CRM, analytics tool or website database. Clicking Open WhatsApp passes the prepared message to WhatsApp; it is not delivered as a chat message until you press Send there. Opening the link may place its contents in your browser history and shares them with the destination provider.
After you send a message
Information that you actually send through WhatsApp may be used to discuss the enquiry, prepare a proposal, provide agreed services or follow up on your request. A callback enquiry does not automatically schedule a call. Contact the business to ask about correction, deletion or handling of that correspondence.
Browser storage and technical logs
This build does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The browser may cache public files using a service worker. A non-personal session flag can remember that you dismissed the small chat suggestion during the current session. Form values are not placed in cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or a website database. Your browser, hosting provider and WhatsApp have their own logging and retention practices.
External services and updates
Calling links use your device’s dialler or associated application. WhatsApp and external reference sites apply their own policies. If a CRM, analytics, advertising pixel, payment system or backend form is added later, update this notice and any required consent controls before enabling it.
